ILR SET M - LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Post by theboycj1 » Wed May 07, 2014 10:05 pm

Hi All

We will shortly be applying for my wife's ILR via the SET M route i.e married to a British National.

She passed her IELTS test with score 7.0 on 21st Dec 2011.

My question is will she have to retake her IELTS or any other test again as it looks like the IELTS test is only valid for two years?

Is there anyway in which to get around this or would she need to retest?

Thanks
