Hi

I appreciate a lot of you must have answered this question a lot of time but need help:

Visa awarded on 28th July 2009
Entered UK: 8th August 2009
On Tier2 (General)
Currently on Tier1 General

Need to know when can I apply for ILR
28 days before 28th July or 8th Aug
