ILR after refuse ??

hi,
my tier 1 (ent) was refuse, rather than appeal, i apply for tier 4 within 28 days. My question is will that refuse break my 10 years long residency ? please help me with answers gurus.

I think you will be ok for 10 years of continuous legal stay.
