Tax - Good Character Requirement

Post by anandh79 » Sat May 10, 2014 12:06 pm

Hi,

I have a underpayment restriction for which hmrc has changed my tax code for this year.

Is this fine or will it affect my citizenship cos I have underpayment restriction?

To be honest, I have started my own company since september 2013. I have worked out my account and I can see I have over paid my tax.

HMRC will be able to see only when I give my self assessment. I am just worried whether UKBA will check my tax and will reject my application due to good character requirement fails.

Please let me know.

Regards
Krish

Shouldn't be an issue.
