Dependent visa

Hi,


I would be travelling as dependent to UK? Can I work in the UK and for how long? Are there any restrictions - for long can I work/the pay I get?

Can I later convert my dependent visa to HS visa? what is the procedure and how long should I wait before applying for the chnage in visa type.

Any pointers/ clarifications would be of great help.

U can work there without any restriction as long as your visa is valid. As far as I know, you can convert your Visa in to HSMP also once you fullfill all criteria. I am not sure about the process..
