ILR for dependant relatives

My mother has got a settlement visa from India and she is living with us in UK for the past 3 months.
1. Do I need to apply ILR after 5 years?
2. When can I apply for her the British citizenship?
3. In some critical situation is that possible for me to cancel that visa?

When did she apply and when was it granted, was she given indefinite leave to enter?

Why on earth would you want to 'cancel' her leave?
