Set(o) or set(M)

Post by crusador0408 » Sun May 11, 2014 11:22 pm

Hi,

Apologies if it's s stupid question, i am confused to find out a link defining differences betwee set(o) and set(m) forms.

My situation is to submit an application for my partner who's currently living with me on PBS dependant visa. I am ILR holder since last year (mar,2013). So, she is a PBS dependant and now it's been more than 2 years (eligibility period) and I want to submit dependent settlement application.

Can anyone here tell differences between the above two forms?

TIA!

SET(O) if you settled as a PBS applicant. B1 English and LIUK required.
