Payslip And Bank account descripancy in amounts

I am going to apply for Tier 1 general final settlement ILR visa. The problem I have is the final pay from my previous employee!!

In my pay slip The net pay is around £840 but After I got my salary slip. My HR realised that she hasn't put my holiday pay in so. She added it in my final payment which is around £950.

So the problem I have now is that This two payments doesn't exactly Match. As it was my previous employment it is not easy for me to contact them and get letter or something. Does it affect my application . Anyway, my gross salary is enough for me to claim 25 points. I am not sure what to do with this?

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
