Hi all
My query is regarding my age for ILR Set o form section 9c which asks to click relevant box for the age at first application for tier 1 ....that time I was under 28 means 20 pts which I claimed at first application but while same question was in tier 1 extension form and they awarded me 10 for it but I claimed 5 by mistake as I thought they are asking my current age.
Now I am going for ILR so shall I claim 20 points or 10 (as awarded in extension).
I ve emailed home office and wrote a letter but no reply from there side.It is matter of extra 10 points.
Need your opinion.
