hi to all

i need your expert advised regarding my currect situation. I applied for enterpreneur visa and it has been refused and my appeal will going to be in november 2014 however my 10 years will finish before my appeal date which will first week of october however my trouble is i do not have passport with me as it with HO and i have to give UK life test in order to apply for 10 years long residency application, i do not have any other photo id such as driving licence and my original passport (indian) is also expired in april 2014. would you please advised me what should i do in order to get UK life test?

Hire a good solicitor and get your ID documents back for financial reasons or medical reasons (such as ID purposes)

If u don't get id than apply for flr (lr) visa

u will get 2 years visa than pass your LIUK test. and apply set lr

If your application is under process then you can ask HO to send your ID documents back to use for ID purposes (Not for traveling though). But once your application has been decided and you are refused then you have to contact with immigration compliance and enforcement (ICE team).
But personally I would suggest you to write HO a letter to request your passport back and send it to Sheffield address.

Include your case reference number and clearly explain that you neither withdrawing your appeal nor traveling outside the UK. You need it just for ID purposes with in the UK.
