new contact number/should we be worried?

Hey,

Im trying to sponsor my wife through EEA2, it should be an absolute open shut application - and yet we applied in mid January, got our COA with right to work in early february - and since then, nothing.

I see others in the timeline threat got theirs turned around within a month, and we're getting worried here.

I know they say to not phone, but would like to quickly check in with them as there are plenty of posted examples of people who did get help on the phone.

Does anyone know the new numbers? I cannot find anything on their website that works since they switched to UKVI.
