Won the appeal in both the courts now what?

Hello, I am psw route applicant and I applied in 2012 Dec, then got the refusal and then won the appeal in FT, after that HO appeal against the FT decision and the case went to UT, I also won the case in UT. Now what will happen? Visa or no Visa?

Congratulations for winning both court appeals and now it will be visa unleas HO decided to challenge further.

@ nish_patel7, just as Rehan01 has stated, its very unlikely that HO will challenge UT decision any further so you should be expecting your visa anytime soon unless HO also decide to ask for further documents before issuing your visa.
