Hi, I am currently on tier2 general and going to join other job and they are sponsoring me visa. This is a tier2 General change of employment application and as am switching inside the UK, so its an " unrestricted" application.
The company assigned me a "restricted" certificate, and the certificate of sponsorship details page clearly says 'tier and category = tier2 general new hire- restricted'.
I am sure we can't use an unrestricted certificate for "restricted" applications but not sure if vice versa is true.
I am very worried, can somebody please help, it bit urgent.
