Can a ITC Tier 2 visa be transferred to a new sponsor

Hi

I am currently sponsored by my company so i have a ITC Tier 2 , I came to the UK in July 2010 . I want to change jobs now and most companies want to know the visa status . Hence I wanted to check if the sponsorship can transfer to a new company.
Is there any where I can find details on how to do this (if its possible)

you are eligible to switch to T2G but will need a new CoS from the new sponsor

My first visa was applied under rules before 6 April 2011. That time I got was Tier 2 ITC (Established Staff). My visa was renewed in March 2013, I got Tier 2 ITC Long Term Staff.

Can I switch to Tier 2 General visa? I have a new sponsor now.
Can I switch with in UK?

In visa application form Section L4. What is your current or last grant of leave?
there are some similar options
1) Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer; Established Staff) if you are changing sponsor.
2) a Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) migrant in Long Term Staff sub-category.
3) a Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) migrant in the Established Staff sub-category under the Rules in place before 6 April 2011.

Which one will be applicable to me?
