Applying to tier 2 after being let get by first employer

Post by rex90 » Sat May 24, 2014 4:16 pm

Hi guys,

Just wanted to check if there are any issues or things that someone should look out for when applying for a new tier 2 visa with a new sponsor after being let go from a current tier 2 sponsor and visa is curtailed.

Thanks.

Make sure the new employer certifies the maintenance for you, or have at least 900 GBP in your bank for 3 previous months. I don't remember any other differences from simply changing jobs.
