congratulations!
I am not, and cannot, offer legal advice to particular people. I can only discuss general areas of immigration law.

People should always consider obtaining professional advice about their own particular circumstances.

THe UK govt is eager for younger tax payers to come in and slog to support their free loaders hence giving the visa quickly and do not plan to offer a path to citizenship as after 4-5 years they will keep changing the goal post to take ILR further and further away and by that time they will again get fresh HSMP holders to work for them by dangling a mirage of British Citizenship in front of them.

Sandeep applied got his approval on Sat Jun 23. Things has changed a lot since then.

I am still looking for ppl who applied in the last week of June/ Early July and got an approval. There seems to be no movement on such applications in India.

Hi,

Got a news from a friend (on another forum) that his EC has been approved. The timelines:

Applied 25th June
Integra Contact with Employer: In 7 days
Contact with University: Not known
EC issued: 10th July 2007

So things seem to be moving at BHC India too :)

ikon1400 when did you apply for EC? Any updates on your Integra Verification process?

regards,

He is from Banglore. Do not have a list of docs that he submitted. But it must have been pretty much the standard as he himself sought help from the forum members for the same.

What about your timelines?
