I don't understand "residential qualifying period"

First arrived in the Uk was 20 /08/2008 leave 16/12/08
10/01/09. Leave 14/02/09
20/08/09. Leave 24/01/10
25/02/10 Leave 8/07/10
I have already grant ILR. On 20/08/12
I have not married with uk citizen
Question is when I could apply for naturalisation ?
Which date I should sent my application to home office?
Please help!
