How many points should I ask for ??

How many points should I ask for ??

Hi,

I think without this board - HSMP will be a nightmare.

Can someone please read thru my work ex reference and tell me how much should I ask for ? 35 or 50 ? I work for a financial services co

If I were to ask for 35 and the caseworker felt the evidence in support actually points to 50 - how much will they allot ?

Provide company hierarchy to show your seniority position. Mention how many employees your are leading. If there is any promotion letters, this would be helpful.

Experience Certificate not Certification. it is even better to not mention this line

From your post you do not have complete 5 years exp. so you can claim for 35 pts only. As mentioned by fomar, to show the seniority you have to show company's hirarchy and show where is your position, how many people under you.

Thanks for the inputs guys.

I want to claim 50 points for 4 years of graduate experience with atleast 1 yr of specialist experience. Thats for the period between 1st April 02 to 30th May 03 where I was responsible for a lot of technology related development for an inhouse software that we managed.

So am not claiming senior experience at this point of time thought in my current role I am responsible for representing the interests of the company for the UAE region.

Appreciate any more inputs !!
