It will be very much appreciated if you can share your view.

ME > Tier 2 General, Mar 2010 to Feb 2013
Wife > Joined as T 2 Dependent, Jan 2011 to Feb 2013, Visa issued from outside of the country
Me > ILR (10 Years Long Res) April 2012
Wife > FLR (M), 23 July 2012 to 23 July 2014, Needed to switch as we traveled outside of UK
Me > Naturalised as British Citizen on November 2013
Wife's ILR > Confusion as below,

Can she apply now?
Which form, is it SET(M)?
Any financial requirement required?
She provided English language requirement on the time of FLR(M), does she need to show it again?
