Set(M) ILR is the next step and no, the new financial rules don't apply. Adequate maintenance and accommodation and English Level B1 and LIUK
Char (CR001 not Casa)

HI,
Sorry to ask but little bit confusion on adequate maintenance accommodation defination, could you please clarify for me
For SET(m)
Salary 757 p.m
Child benefits 188 p.m
Working and tax credit 1031 p.m

Does sound looks alright for set m (3 kids having British passport )?

Thanks for the reply CROO1, but one of the solicitor told me that it doesn't matter when u applied , all it matters is when your visa was issued. Appreciate your help.

CR001 one is correct.

For the purpose of spouse leave, the important date is the date in which you applied, not when you were granted leave. Again, yet more poor advice by so-called solicitors.
