Please clarify

1. After submitting the application to homeoffice what is the time frame for getting the approval.

2. What is the timeline for getting the visa stamping after the approval from homeoffice.

2. Even after getting approval from home office,is there a possibility of rejection during visa stamping.

3. After the visa stamping what the timeline required for entering to UK.

4. Should we have a job offer from UK before going for visa stamping.

Regards

Parik

(1) In country applicants - around 7-8 days; Out of country applicants - 15 days - may exceed if the caseworker decides to send the documents to BHC for verification.
(2)Within 6 months of the date of HSMP approval
(3)Yes, if you are not able to satisfy the caseworker.
(4) Its good if you have a job but it is not at all mandatory and most of the people who get HSMP VISA stamped do not have a job offer before they land up in UK.
