Divorcee in process and getting married

Hi every one. I wonder if some one can help me with my query
I applied fir divorce and it's in process might take another 3 months to finish. Can I marry before end of divorce in another country and after finishing divorce in UK can we apply spouse visa for my fiancée ?

You will need to wait until your divorce is finalised, i.e. be in possession of the decree absolute before you can re-marry again.

If you married before your divorce is final, then the spouse visa will most likely be refused.
