Need suggestion for VISA refusal

Hello,
I applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa but unfortunately my visa refused. because of, i did not confirm relationship with my third party .
but i did submit their passport copy where in the passport my parents name and their parents name and address is same.

can you suggest me how can i skip it. i appealed for it.

Sorry to hear about this But you supposed to show your relationship with 3rd party. Its compulsory. You can not skip it at all. what kind of solicitor is that who just lodged your appeal and did not tell you any solution. IF your refusal was just missing relationship of 3rd party then you supposed to reapply. Very simple and strait farward case.
