I am confused with my status please can some one shed light on my query?
I will be completing my 5 years stay as T2 General migrant.
I got my first Tier 2 approval in 2009, with a pay band 35K, however due to several reasons I always worked less hours in result less pay. Later Company realised this and divided my job role and I got my extension under different role and my pay is now fixed to 27000K.
As per the recent SOC code my Job falls under 22K per annum.
Technically I am eligible for ILR, however first 3 years pay slips were not with the agreed pay band.
1. Am I eligible for ILR?
2. If so do I need to provide all the information to HO about my reduced hours and so on for first 3 years?
3. Since my extension, I have all the payslips which are with correct pay.
4. Do I need to provide 5 year earning proof?
