Anyone applying Psw to Ent Visa this month

Hi Seniors and gurus,
Am all set to submit my application but going through this forum am a bit confused to apply for this Tier 1 ENT visa.
Should I apply fot Tier1 ENT or Student Visa, because HO is refusing even its a genuine application. Please guide me seniors.

Hello Chweee,

1st of all build up your confidence by making sure that the documentation you have done up to the standard and merit. My Advice to you seek professional advice because If you have not done your documentation professionally can be in trouble, does not matter you are genuine or not. I know some Genuine business persons been refused due to non professional documentation then came to us BUT got their visa's after reapplied. I will never suggest you to go for Student again.
