Stamp4 Query

I have completed 19.5 months on GC [:)], but my job seems all but gone , so I am thinking can I get Stamp 4 now , Can anyone tell me of a good immigration solicitor , I went to Brophy solicitors , didn't work for me , I am ready to pay money to right solicitor , who can get the Job done, Green Card should not be a slave card for 2 years , when I am there nearly 20 months , and they are dismissing me without notice / redundancy payments , I will bring a case for unfair dismissal , I have told my company that if they dismiss me before 24 months on GC , without notice ,I am bringing a case of unfair dismissal.[:(]

Now is there a good advise / solicitor that someone can tell me please
