Post by raj » Sun Aug 29, 2004 12:42 am

Now a days I can see many rejection cases are coming across due to it was not mentioned in their work experience letter that the experience is graduate level experince.

even my experience letter doesn't states that, please suggest what to do now??? will home office ask for justification or just simply reject my case that I donot possess graduate level work experince.

I have mentioned in cover letter that I possess graduate level experience but my experience letter doesn't states that.

please help !!

If the fact that you were employed in a graduate level position (for example senior or sophisticated position) is self evident from your reference you have nothing to fear. If not, I would suggest that you get a clarifying letter from your employer.

the fact is I was working with one of the TOP IT company of india, and no top company employs any people who are not graduate, but the question is how come home office will know that the company which i worked for is one of the TOP IT Company.

I worked on a specialist position for that company for that I have claimed 50 points as well, however my concern is do u think home office specifically want to see that experience letter should state about the graduate level experience.

raj,
very few companies will mention graduate level in their exp. letter. All my previous company issued me the exp letter but with out mentioning it. As such I fall under specialist level. The post itself states a lot in this level. You mentioned IT, so you don't have to worry much, since IT positions and roles are known to everyone.
