ILR - eligible or not

Post by ctrlf9 » Sun Jun 08, 2014 10:53 am

Hi,

I have entered UK with Tier 1 Visa in 2010 but im not sure if i can apply for ILR without any more extension.

Tier 1 Visa 1st Stamp - 12/2010 to 12/2012
1st Entry in UK - Jan 26th 2011 - delay of almost 2 months or 56days.
Tier 1 Visa Extension Stamp - 12/2012 to 12/2015

My Question is I have initial gap of 2 months, so i wont be fulfilling my 5 years continuous stay in UK. Will I be still eligible for ILR. Please suggest or let me know. As i'm in a dilemma whether to go for 3rd extension or not.

Thanks,
M C

You may apply from 28 days before 12/2015.
