Employment while waiting for EU1 residence card

Hi there,

Been reading through the forum but I want to know if someone has a straight forward answer to my question.

My wife (non eea national) will apply for a EU1 residence card since I'm a Spain national.

After submitting all the docs, INIS will send out a letter so we can have GNIB stamp her passport with a 6 month temporary visa.

Question:

- Is this a stamp 4?

- Can she legally work with this stamp while we wait for the residence card?

Im under 6mo temp stamp 4, waiting for my 5 year residence card. And I am working, the employer just checked the visa and passport.
