NEED ADVICE ON ENTREPRENEUR VISA REFUSAL

Post by tola45 » Sun Jun 08, 2014 9:01 pm

good morning everybody, i received a letter from home office that my application has been refused base on this ground:

1. i submitted a bank statement from my third party that show balance £63,000 prior to the day i submitted my application on the 26 april 2014, the home office state that on the 19 april 2014 the way my third party made fund available on the bank statement was too fast, that as at 19 april 2014 the balance on that account was £4.06. on the point base of my application for investment fund home office score me 0 point out of 75 point and they stated that is non point scoring

2. secondly they said my service as a business consultant is unsuited to xxxxx care limited, what service am i rendering for care home, also on my contract i didn't state how much i charged her, then how come am i charging her £300 daily for my service and that i didn't provide invoice or bank statement.that a credible business will never charge £300 daily for a service.

i specialise on business analyst, SAP business intelligence, project management and i know how much they pay per contract on this kind of a job, also this a woman that want to expand into a big care home and am providing all this service to make sure everything is established

i was given right to appeal but i really want to know my chances

@ tola45, only the judge can decide your case with your evidences. If you can prove that the funds are genuinely available to you from third party and explain why funds get transferred in bulk on a single day, then you should be fine.

If you can also prove that you earn £300 daily from the contract then you are very likely to win your case.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
