workpermits (UK) call centre closed early today

Hello,

Does anyone know why is the call center closed early today !

When I call the number 0114-2074074 at 3.30pm on 25th june 07, it says that the enquiry line is now closed and they work only from 930 to 5pm.

any reasons ?

You have to keep trying and also this may be as a result of the heavy rainfall recorded in shefield. why not give it another try tomrw.

hi der,
I was in sheffied yesterday and the city was flooded in many parts.
Even today there is news of some dam that cud break, so dont panic if you cant get to speak to HO today as well.

You are right.

When I called them today..the message goes..

'For unseen circumstances we cannot answer your call today, please try back later' It does not even say when to call back..
probably they dont know when the situation is going to imrpove..

it was open yesterday afternoon, so i think they were opening the calls depending on the work load
