Speeding + Caution ILR query

Hi Members,

I am applying for ILR under Tier 1 this month and had received Intended prosecution notice for speeding in Jan this year. I was not awarded any points on my license nor was i fined but I had to sign up for a driveawareness course which I did.

Do i need to decalre this on my Set O (ILR application form)?
