passport application form section 8

I made a mistake in Section 3 ' Fill in this section to give us details of all passports you hold...', i crossed it and wrote it again in 2nd option ( as you can write up to 3 in section 3 ) Now i cant add my 3rd passport number in this section. Do i have to fill up a new form or just write the 3rd passport details in Section 8 ??

filling a new form is not a problem but i have Section 10 filled by Countersignature!!

Explain in additional info.
Are you adding previous passports? Normally previous passports are cancelled once they are renewed, sometimes they put a stamp on the cancelled passport rather than cutting the cover. You dont have to send them if this is the case.
