Tier General Unpaid Leave when not in UK

Post by pinky23 » Sat Jun 14, 2014 12:02 pm

Hi All
I am on tier 2 general visa and I was not in the UK for a period of 50 days for my wedding in 2012 during which I was not paid.I am eligible for my ILR in a few months.

Will this be a credible reason to apply for an ILR under compelling or compassionate reasons?

Thanks

Hi Pinky,
Did you get any answer for your question elsewhere?

Thanks.
