Hi,

Regarding co-hab proof for my daughter (2 year), what
What docs do I need produce ? Do I need to produce for 2 years ? I have school admission letter and nhs letter but that its all in 2014 though have all docs for my wife who will be applying along with my daughter. I has be birth vcertificate and photos. Is this enough ?

The cohab proof is only for partner, not for children. No document is required.

Regarding Cohab for my wife, I have 5 joint letters but for the last one can I show individual letters but its different time (jan12 and oct 13) ?

Cohab docs can be in joint names or individual names as long as they are to the same address for the period.

i need to do visa for my wife and dependant. so do i need to produce two sets of photocopies ?
2. i have my payslips #(self employed) printed by my accountant but does it need to be stamped and sealed ? (the company name is mentioned on the payslip)?
3. how many months payslips and bank statements and dividend vouchers do i need to enclose (self employed)

1. One Set of photocopies

2. No need to get it stamped as I just got my second extension without any stamp.

3. Should be 12 months ( Maybe lesser if you can fulfill the requirements) Seniors can confirm.
