Rules for English language running out during application

What are the rules for spouse visa if English language test you have passed runs out during application if valid when you make application but could run out after two weeks is it ok as long as you have your English test valid when you make application?

Or should it still be valid during the application as you could have three months left but if application takes four months it could run out during application?

You could have birthday during this time as well so your age will change from when you made application as some people can get decision in six, ten, fifteen days to four months so English test was valid when you made application but could run out depending how long it takes.

Your help would be much appreciated.

As long as the certificate was valid when the application was received, you would be ok.
