certificate of sponsorship processing time

Hello,
I reside outside the UK and recently have been offered an academic position from a UK University. This University is a registered licensed sponsor with 'A' rating. I was told that they have applied for my Tier 2 CoS on may 12th 2014 but, so far I have not heard back from them.

Usually, how long does the proccess of issuing CoA take ?

There is a monthly cycle and 11 June was the decision date for restricted CoS applications made before 5 June. Contact the uni.
