Tier 2 Partner Work Eligibility

Experts,

I remember there was a page on old UKBA website where there was more information regarding Tier 2 Partner work eligibility requirements. I have seen through the 2 links (see below) and can see a line stating 'can work but not as a practising doctor'.
If you guys are aware of any further read/links/PDFs detailing this, could you share please?

dependents can not work as doctor and dentist in training.
Doctor in traning means foundation programme or specialization training.
