50k or 200k which one is appropriate

Hi there,

i am seeking a help from all of you. please help me. my brother is in Bangladesh. he wants to apply UK under Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. but we are totally confused which amount of investment is appropriate for him. in our case we want to go for £50000 background. now we are in situation that we couldnt find anything that this amount is eligible for him or not?

some one saying he can but there is a condition. some one saying no, Only those person can who are already in UK with any Visa. outside of UK they only can apply for £200000 investment.

would you please give a good advice please.
