I am on PSW visa and my visa will expire in September . I have 25k and I need a partner who wants to apply in August or September and looking for a team to invest .
If I don't get anyone ,Can I show 25k in my Brother in Law's account in USA .

third party funding is allowed so you can ur brother account however u need to submit required document for third party funding.

No that's not true. You can use your own money or third party funding. You can also mix these two with any proportions.
