considering you are waiting outside court room you will then be called to the court room, you see judge sitting in front of you, on your right you see Home office representative and yours on your left.
proceeding starts with home office representative as she/he says why they think refusal is right decision and then judge will invite your representative for defense.(evidences to judge on the day of hearing as it goes or before is your lawyer responsibility make sure hes doing it)
you could be cross questioned by Home office representative and questioned by the judge.
word of advice, you should know everything about your business and you need to talk comprehensively on the refusal points to win Judge sympathy and rest best of luck
