doctor in training tier 2 ---> ILR

Post by madmedman » Fri Jun 20, 2014 10:54 pm

Hi there. Before I start, please accept my apologies if the question is stupid. I researched on this topic for days on this website and others.
I have been offered a post of specialty registrar in the UK. Waiting for my restricted CoS in the mid of july as there are additional formalities involved. In case if its approved, will I be eligible for ILR if the current rules stand? The code of practice mentions the salary of specialty registrar at 30100. Although i am aware that based on my experience i will be paid a much higher band. I guess this doesnt matter and only the figure mentioned in the list matters.

By the way, the specialty registrar training is for six years.

Will appreciate help help.
