I am on a tier 2(general) visa but will be receiving a 60 days letter from UKBA soon to switch because my company where I worked at for 2 years is closing down and they had to let me go.
I will be applying for team visa with a business partner who is currently on a student visa.

Qs: Can we apply through 50K route? 25k each on UK personal/joint bank accounts? Can this 50K be our PERSONAL money in a UK bank? as I'm quite confused about how the venture capital firms route works..

Please help!

You can only apply through 200k route. 50k route is for PSW holders.
