Hello members

I am filling Appendix 1 of vaf4a for my daughter. As both my wife and I are settled in UK. In part 1 it says
"Do not complete this part if you are applying as the child of settled parent(s) with limited leave" Obviously my daughter is a child of settled parents. But how can someone be settled with limited leave?
Can anybody suggest if it needs to be filled for child of settled parents with ILR?
