Just quick ask that how long I can remain in the country once I have resigned from a Tier 2 Visa position?
My current Tier2 Visa will expired in 2016.

Your employer needs to notify UKVI within 10 days of your last day of job. Then UKVI will take a decision to curtail your leave. From the date they take the decision, your visa will be curtailed to 60 days. You either need to look for a new employer who can sponsor you or leave the country. You can stay a further 28 days after the completion of 60 days as overstay up to 28 days is usually disregarded, but it is not recommended.
