Hello
How can I be 100% sure that a venture capital firm is 100% genuine and approved by UKBA. Also, based on your experiences what are the things I should look out for if I am applying through a VCF?

First of all, you are looking at the wrong place. Just like you can never be 100% certain of your educational institution, similarly, you can never be certain of a company.

Secondly, your question should be directed towards FCA. They regulate venture capital firms. Kindly go to their website and send a query.
