Can i change my visa from 200k route to 50k ?

Dear gurus. i have a question can i change my Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa from 200k to 50k route as i am facing difficulty in investing 200k.

50k is those who applying incountry as leave to remain from PSW route only or have VC.
all other categories attract 200k investment.
