Apply form first for your wife and don't fill section 7a, fill in 7b as this applies for you. Children born in uk are eligible for British citizenship, children not born in uk, include them in this application as well. She will get two years visa. Then form ILR try to go to PEO, you can apply for ILR straight afterward your wife get FLR m. I got my ILR on 10 april 2014 on basis on long residancy
my wife and 2 children they are my dependant on teir 1 general visa.they have valid leave until dec 2015.my wife and kids joined me in jan 2012.
questions:
1) can I apply ilr for my wife and kids because they are living with me more than 2 years.how much income I need to show .
2) if I apply flr m which rules will apply .how much income I need to show and how many years visa my wife will get.
different solicters have diffrent opnions I am very confused what to do
