Urgent advise re ILR

Post by ritchie2015 » Tue Jul 01, 2014 12:19 pm

I'm in a civil partnership with a eu guy.

Partnership is not dissolved legally yet but my partner is forcing me to give him money to pay for the dissolution. He don't want to use his money but he still want to abuse me financially even if we not together anymore.

I have been in the uk for 10 years legally with no breaks. But ad the partnership is not dissolved yet I still need to show the home office that he reside in the uk from the time we did civil partnerships.as we still in the civil partnership I need to proof documents from him of which he is forcing me to pay for so e thing that I don't want.

But my partner is playing games .He said I need to give him the money first to resolve the partnership than he will reconsider giving his documents. considerring in his terms means he won't give his documents...

advise plse

Don't be forced to do anything, did you have a joint account?

We did have a joint bank account but he forced me to closed it of which I did close the joint bank account.

But I got a lawyer and he lawyer wrote to him but the seems the lawyer is more on his side than mine.

I will not pay anything.I don't owe him any money. He wants a divorce he pay for it.

I just need advice as my lawyer is just as a money sucker as my ex partner.

I live with my partner for 19 months and all 19 months I paid 1000 for the rent and all the bills. My whone salary was gone.My partner saved his salary in his personal account for both of us but when we separated he said I didn't get a penny.I was heart broken after the break up that I did not care about my share of the savings .Now this guy want me to pay for something that might cause my immigration status.I already struggled for years before I met him and for him to destroy me like is nasty.

I got all the documents ready for my ILR.But as we still a couple legally I would need documents from him but he said he won't give any documents unless I pay the £450 for the dissolution and he after giving him the money he will still re consider if he would give his documents for my application or not

You've just got to prove he's exercising treaty rights for which you can ask the Home Office or Tribunal to check with HMRC.

Hi GUys, gurus..

Need urgent advice,
i applied for my kids and wife's FLRM in june this yr and got visa granted till end of 2016 today. onthe letter HO advisor mentioned

-'you do not meet all of the immigration rules for a grant of leave under R-LTRP 1.1 (a),(b), (c) of appendix FM because you have failed to demonstrate that your sponsor has an annual income of £28,800 and also you have provided an English Language Certificate awarded by ESB which does not meet the English Requirements'

-Consideration has been given under para R-LTRP 1.1 (a),(b) and (d) of appendix FM which include the exceptions paragraph EX.1 (a) and (b)'.

I have checked sec R-LTRP, S-LTR & E-LTRP, and my wife's application meet all the requirement.
Even i have gross income over £30K and i did sent my payslip with the application form. The ESOL level 2 was done from a local community centre.

Previously- i got ilr on long residency basis, prior to that i had Tier1 G, my wife was a dependent- joined me in nov 2010. on flrm i didnt filled in sec 7 for financial requirements as my dependents joined me in 2010.

1-Should i contact HO and asked for clarification as i clearly meet all the requirements?
2-what difference will it make?

on letter Ho also mentioned that

'In order to qualify for settlement you must have completed continues period of at least 120 months in united kingdom with limited leave to granted because of your family life'.

so does it mean that i can apply for my wife's ILR next yr as she will complete 120 months or is this period needs to be on leave granted on family life basis?

any suggestion/idea will definitly help.

Regards

cos i have a child born in uk thats why they gave her the visa on that basis under D-LTRP.1.2 of appendix FM.

what u suggest?

Navi123, you should start your own thread please as this one you have posted in is about a civil partnership with an EU national and not relevant to you circumstances and it creates confusion.

My solicitor don want to send my application off without any documents of my partner.

My partner is playing games :
He state if I don't pay for the dissolution. He won't provide his documents.

If we did a partnership why should I pay for a divorce on.my own?
