Please Can anyone advise me, below are my question:
1.I understand that with the new rule tier 4(student) can switch to tier 2 dependant, please how far is this true?
2.My spouse still has 12 months on his tier4, is their any rule that says he must wait till his visa is almost out before he can apply.
3.I got my visa not up to a month, my sponsor is certifying his maintenance and we want to use the same day service.
Please, is there anything that we need to be aware of
